Phoenix + Travel

A retainer is required to reserve your requested date: $175 for portrait sessions or 1/3 of your selected event or wedding package.  This is non-refundable if the session is cancelled less than 2 weeks for portrait and non-refundable for weddings once the contract is signed. Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior. If your portrait date is re-scheduled less than 5 days of your original date, a $75 fee is added to the package balance.  Arriving late to your portrait session will automatically downgrade your session (time and deliverables). I need the full scheduled time in order to provide the full service purchased and to use the light that is specific to your session. Also to keep on schedule for my next clients. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled portrait time to allow for parking, clothing organization etc. More information about scheduling and travel and boudoir scheduling policies, please email me. 

Travel to your session is included up to 25 miles roundtrip from Chandler, AZ unless otherwise noted. A quote is given if distance exceeds this range. Travel fee is due at time of paid retainer and is non-refundable as I am blocking off time for this travel. Admission fees and/or park permits are paid by the client and are pre-purchased before session so it does not cut into our photo time.

In the event of inclement weather for outdoor sessions, rain or excessive heat, back up dates are provided within the same month as your scheduled session. I do not photograph outdoors in the Phoenix area June-August.

A session questionnaire (before booking) and an email consultation post booking is required to go over details. I want to make sure we are a good match for each other. Photography is not a one size fits all business. My style is what is shown on the website. If your vision is something other than this, or you need a service that I do not provide, I can potentially refer you to someone else. For example, I do not photography babies but I can certainly refer you to a few local specialists that I know and love. 

I have a strict policy that no one is allowed to join sessions as a spectator, BTS creator, support system, beauty service provider. With the exception of a parent/adult for any senior sessions. If the session requires additional clothing to be transported or props, I will have an assistant present. Boudoir sessions: client must come to the hotel photo ready unless it is a boudoir event that includes my beauty service providers on site. 

I will provide a clothing suggestion guide during your consult that matches the session type and location. Each session has a limit of # outfits. Additional outfits can be purchased (which adds time). Adding these is required prior to your session only. Brining too many outfits at the time of your session takes up photo time. Pre-planning is key. If you would like additional help with your look, I can connect you to an image consultant / wardrobe stylist. I also can provide a list of beauty service providers that I have worked with (AZ).
